Southeast Health Group is committed to delivering exceptional health care services to the communities of southeastern Colorado.

With ongoing communication and training, we will provide exceptional healthcare services to our communities. Southeast Health Group is a valued and trusted resource for the communities and individuals in this region. We believe that individuals in all communities are entitled to the very best healthcare when accessing behavioral (mental health/addictions) and physical health services. All individuals have the right to confidentiality and the right to be treated with dignity and respect when accessing our services. Southeast Health Group will create and promote a culture of wellness through its coordinated services, encouraging individuals who seek our services to recover through empowerment and self-directed care.

We, the Board of Directors of Southeast Mental Health Services; believe that we have the responsibility for providing the Leadership and Vision for this agency by developing Policy and providing Governance in a manner consistent with our Fiduciary obligations. We believe that in the name of Stewardship we have the responsibility to represent the best interest of our Communities and our customers and our clients. We believe that we are Advocates for quality services Committed to providing these services in as effective an efficient manner as possible recognizing the Diversity of the individuals we serve.
